Upcoming downtime: Woodsure Supplier Hub, Search, and Ready to Burn search

We have scheduled downtime which will affect the Woodsure Supplier Hub and Search, as well as the Ready to Burn search upcoming as we implement the final stages of our transition to a new CRM platform.
Working closely with our CRM provider and website hosts, we aim to keep any disruption to a minimum. However, please note the following:
Scheduled Downtime – Woodsure Hub
- Start Date: Friday 19 September 2025 at 13:00
- End Date: Friday 26 September
Affected Services:
- Woodsure Hub – this function will be fully offline
We will notify you as the Hub goes offline through our system alerts and once the platform is back online. You will also be notified by SMS, so please ensure we have your correct mobile phone number.
Scheduled Downtime – Woodsure and Ready to Burn website searches
- Start Date: Monday 22 September 2025 at 09:00
- End Date: Friday 26 September

What we are changing
We are moving to a new Dynamics 365 cloud CRM platform, replacing the existing outdated version. This upgrade will provide greater flexibility, improved reliability, and better integration with our services.
